U.S. Orders:

Free Shipping: 5-10 Business Days

Tracked Shipping: 3-5 Business Days

Priority Shipping: 1-3 Business Days

International Orders:

Free Shipping: 7-21 Business Days

Tracked Shipping: 5-15 Business Days

Express Shipping: 1-3+ Business Days

Orders are generally processed and shipped the same or next business day that the order is placed through 12pm eastern time. Although rare, during exceptionally high volume order periods, processing times may be extended by up to 5 business days. Estimated delivery times are subject to change without notice and changes may solely be due to the courier and out of our control. Rest assured, if we anticipate extended shipping times, we will always post the expected amount of delay directly to the associated products page.

You will be informed via email when your order is confirmed and shipped out with tracking information if applicable.

Where do you ship to?

We ship domestically to the U.S. and internationally to most countries. For better delivery service, we advise you to include your phone number in your order details, as our logistics team will need it to reach out to you if there is a problem with delivering your package.

Free shipping is offered for both domestic and international orders with a value of $150+.

Adding a phone number, for contact, to an order is optional, yet is advised being that our logistics team will use such contact information to reach out to you if there is a problem with delivering your package.

For international addresses located in the U.K., please list the shire that you are located in as the "city" for your order and input the name of your township as the "second address."

For international addresses located in Australia, please list the LGA that you are located in as the "city" for your order and input the name of your town/village/city as the "second address."

For international addresses that are subject to duties fees, although rare via our shipping methods, customers will be responsible for any duties fees or any other associated fees enforced by their country.
