Being a small family-owned business, we make you our priority. We will personally do everything in our power to make each and every customer that trusts our brand happy with their purchase.

Please respectfully also keep in mind that we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are having an issue with your product, we are always ready and willing to help you resolve it!

Warranty Claims 
Our warranty policy is 1 year from receipt. If you feel your product is faulty and it is covered by our warranty, please contact us here and we will set you up with a replacement!

Returns 
Our return policy is 30 days from delivery date. To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is within 30 days and is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as hygienic, personal, health or beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Additionally, we will not be held liable for items that are in transit, and while in transit these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All applicable guarantees are valid for a seven day period, and all applicable warranties are valid for one year from receipt. To be eligible for a return, please request your return within thirty days of receipt. Items after this period will not be accepted. Your item also must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or matching order number.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to make an exchange is to contact us here, or to simply return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable and there may be up to a 35% restocking fee on accepted returns that were opened, used, missing any items and/or packaging, and/or were damaged in any way. Once your refund has been processed, please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 1 to 2 billing cycles for them to post your refund.
